Born and raised on Long Island, Javier brings his local roots and deep knowledge of the area to guide clients across Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and New York City.
Javier is completing his Economics degree at Queens College (May 2025) and has professional experience as an Analyst Intern with Bank of America’s Enterprise Credit Group, where he contributed to creditworthiness assessments, compliance, and loan structuring. His strong foundation in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Economics has sharpened his analytical and problem-solving skills, which now translate into a data-driven and client-focused approach in real estate.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Javier excels in communication and building relationships. As the co-founder of G.D.S. Training, he also brings proven leadership, organizational expertise, and entrepreneurial drive—qualities that complement his passion for investment analysis, commercial real estate, and wealth management.
