After 20+ years on Wall Street, providing valuations across a wide range of financial instruments—including bonds, derivatives, equities, FX, credit, mortgages, and real estate— I chose to follow a long-standing passion and move into real estate full time. Much of my career focused on balance sheet optimization, which trained me to think holistically about assets, liabilities, income, and risk. That mindset carries over when advising individuals and families—guiding conversations around affordability, debt levels, and how a home fits into their broader financial picture.
My background was tested through both boom and recessionary cycles, giving me a unique edge: I know how to identify value in a mispriced asset. Whether you’re a buyer looking for opportunity or a seller maximizing potential, I bring the same analytical approach. While comparable sales are a useful starting point, I go further—drawing on insights that aren’t always obvious without expert guidance.
