Howard DeRias
Howard DeRias has been in real estate field as a licensed agent since 2003. Throughout the years, he has combined his analytical thinking (acquired from the years spent obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics) with great negotiating skills and has applied it to each and every transaction (traditional sales, luxury sales, short sales, bank owned properties, etc.).
This, combined with the experience of his business & life partner, Terah Naumchik (who has been an agent since 2005), provides his clients with a peace of mind that anything that may arise in their transaction will be handled promptly and properly.
In 2013, Howard & Terah decided to spread their wings and start their own boutique brokerage, Listings Real Estate. After successfully running their own brokerage for 9 years, Howard discovered NextHome.
