When we met her, it was as a selling agent for a property we were considering. In that instance, she was helpful to us, but also an advocate for her client. Later, when we were at an open house on another property, that seller's agent disclosed information about his client that we didn't think was appropriate. Our minds turned back to Susie and how she respected the individual she was representing. This degree of professionalism is important to us, so we asked her to serve as our buyers agent and began earnestly seeking a new home with her.

As our buyers agent, Susie put in two offers for us. On the first, we never came to a meeting of the minds with the seller. Susie gave sage advice and didn't pressure us to give in. On the second offer, we had seen the house at an open house and told Susie we were interested. She wanted to give us good advice about the property, so she went there on her own, took photos, and helped us to determine a fair price and to land an accepted offer. Throughout the process, she got everything we asked for. She linked us to fairly prices and keen inspectors. When our lender was slow, she prodded them so we would close on time. When we were going to be shorted funds at closing, she fought for us to receive these funds and we got them. When the signing at closing took longer than expected, she didn't rush. She wanted us to have everything we wanted and deserved.

Susie cannot be more highly recommended. I have already given her name to a friend who is also working with her now. Susie is, hands down, the best realtor we've ever worked with. You won't find a more patient, professional, and dedicated advocate to sell or purchase a home.

Susie knows real estate!!! Plus was able to keep me calm and focused during the process. She keeps with market trends, gives honest answers and advice, all while keeping a positive attitude! As usual, Susie when the extra mile with us. When we arrived in Charlotte 10 years ago, Susie was a recommend. Having been a former Realtor myself, I knew the things I wanted MY Realtor to do and Susie hit every one of those markers. We visited a few homes and quickly decided on a new construction home in NoDa (North Davidson) that met all of our must haves and many of our wants. Flash forward to 2025: my MIL now required constant live in help so we needed to sell our home in NoDa and purchase a new one for extra space. I called my go to Realtor Susie and she jumped on both ends of the transaction (seller side in NoDa and buyers side for our new construction home in Huntersville). We sold very quickly considering the market conditions and our purchase was handed without a fail.
