Before transitioning into real estate in 2018–2019, Nikole Green-Eyre built a successful 35-year career in the dental profession. Her experience includes working as a chairside dental assistant, front desk assistant, office manager, and later returning to school for accounting. For approximately six years, she also served as the bookkeeper for her former dental office. These roles developed strong organizational, financial, and management skills that continue to benefit her real estate clients today.

Nikole is known for her exceptional customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions her clients will make, both financially and emotionally. She is committed to providing a smooth, informed, and supportive experience from the first meeting through closing, ensuring her clients feel confident every step of the way.

Raised around the building trades, Nikole brings valuable insight to real estate transactions. Her husband is a local general contractor, and her father is a local electrician. This background gives her practical knowledge of construction, renovations, and home systems, allowing her to better advise buyers and sellers. Her natural talent for decorating and staging, long recognized by friends and family, adds additional value to her listings.

A resident of the Kalamazoo area and originally from Schoolcraft, Nikole has in-depth knowledge of the surrounding communities. She takes pride in serving both her clients and her community with professionalism, integrity, and care.

Nikole has further advanced her expertise by earning two respected real estate designations: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

Outside of real estate, Nikole enjoys snowmobiling in the winter, kayaking in the summer, and spending time with her family at their Northern Michigan cabin whenever possible.
