Hello! I’m Letitia Little, and I’m excited to be part of the real estate industry. With over 25 years as a successful Human Resources Director, I have valuable experience in building relationships that will greatly benefit my clients in the real estate market.

My educational background, including a BS in Accounting, an MS in Human Resources, and an MBA, gives me a solid foundation in understanding the financial and business aspects of real estate transactions.

Not only do I have professional expertise, but I also have deep roots in the community. I have lived in the Washington, DC Metropolitan region for most of my life. Currently residing in Charles County, MD, I have built strong relationships with my neighbors and enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my 10-year-old Shih-tzu, being active in my church and sorority, and giving back to the community through volunteering and mentoring high school girls. Family and friends are also a priority in my life.
