Liz is a consummate professional and always has a positive attitude. She patiently showed us numerous listings that we sent her from our own searches from Redfin and Zillow. She would prioritize scheduling our tours as soon as possible which is very important in the extremely competitive climate of the current housing market, and even with extra coordination and paperwork required to access the homes through the pandemic. We've seen over 15 listings on back to back weekends and made multiple offers (on which we got outbid 5 different times) yet she helped us stay the course until we finally found the right home. The home buying process is not a one and done process; she helped our escrow stay on track and always followed-up with all the parties involved to make sure we hit all the critical dates and deadlines. Her persistence and diligence helped us close escrow on time. Even after escrow has closed and she has tendered over the house keys, she continues to respond to our requests for assistance with the same professionalism and positivity that she has shown us since Day 1 of meeting her. I highly recommend having Liz as your home buying agent, she truly is wonderful to work with.
