I've always heard that first time home buying can be a bit stressful. That was not the case for my wife and I with Lana. Lana went above and beyond. We were only in town for a short period of time to pick out our lot for our new build and make upgrade selections. My husband then went on deployment and I went to stay with family in another state. She was present for the rest of the appointments on our behalf and couldn't have made this a smoother process. My husband purchased a house before we were married but I have not, so this was my first time buying and I had to do pretty much all of it on my own, but I wasn't even on my own because I had her guiding me! Lana checked in on things for us that didn't even really have to do with her (and she didn't have to do at all), which is why I say she goes above and beyond! She then diligently worked on setting up home viewings within a small window in which I was able to travel to Mississippi.
