Oh my! Jackie is an ANGEL for sticking with us. Almost 2 years of searching, from 2 states away…and she never gave up on us. Crystal went above and beyond to help my wife and I with our military move to Keesler AFB. Knowing that we had a limited time to look for a house, she set aside entire days where we were her primary focus. In that whirlwind tour, she was flexible enough to get us short notice viewings and see all the best options. We did not plan to buy a new build, but she provided enough insight and an opportunity to meet with the builder rep to find it was the best option for us. We had to do a remote closing for the rest of the process, and her team went to all of the in person appointments for us and would video call us to make sure we were involved as best as possible. Lana did an outstanding job for my family and myself. She was extremely responsive and looked at many houses for us, and kept hard at it after our financing fell through on our first offer to buy. She ultimately got us into a dream home for our family, and at a good deal that met our budget in this high market. Crystal and her team are top notch. We didn’t know anyone in the area and so we’re cold-calling folks to try to find a realtor. As a military member who frequently moves, its always a challenge to try to find someone you can trust to help you with this transition. DO YOU HAVE LESS THAN ONE STAR? Deborah didnt bother to show up on the first day never called me or her staff they didnt know where she was. she let me wonder and worry (first days of covid19)after i verified earlier about the appt. I emailed her but no reply till she showed up a couple days later after I decided to find someone else. She lied to the staff telling them i called and changed it. and told me she got me mixed up with another person with my exact name. i still let her stay. my worst regret was keeping her instead of telling her to leave my property. she had all the right answers untill i signed the agreement that i saw only what i stressed to her from the very beginning. I could only see end docs(I was to pay 6% closing on $150,000. I paid $9000 sales comm. around$5500 plus $500 closing cost and since she said i agreed to pay sales com and cc they added charges from the buyers costs to my fees. i told her from the start i will sell myself if its more than $9,000 of course she agreed this is true untill the end., then she said none of that. the loan comp. for buyer put charges on me that were his for inspections and all of closing costs. when I called about that she said i didnt pay all the closing but their boss wanted it listed that way? so much more in between . she makes me ill.

This was a tough home buy but not because of Crystal. The sellers were extremely difficult to deal with and were very poor communicators. Even their own realtor had difficulty with them. That being said Crystal was always available to help us during our buying process. Her guidance mitigated so much of the frustration with the sellers. She guided us to a mortgage company that beat our initial interest rate by a quarter percent and in the end by almost 3/4 of a percentage point. If and when we move again and have to see our house, she will be our first call. Great customer service and expertise. She was a win for us and so was the house.
