When it came time for our mother to sell the home she and dad built in the earlier 50's she was very lucky to have chosen Joe O'Shasky as her realtor. Though the home had been very well maintained and updated over the years, selling a one owner home built that long ago in the country brings with it a whole set of issues that the average home doesn't have. Joe found the buyer within a couple weeks but then is when Joe's knowledge, expertise, and hard work came into play. The home had basement wall, well, flood plain, and other issues that had to be addressed. Each time something came up Joe knew how to address it. Since mom had moved out of the home and we kids all live out of town it was up to Joe to drive to the home to let workers in, run well water, among other things. It was all this extra effort and problem solving capability that made Joe so valuable to us. Joe did an incredible job in finding the buyer but more importantly getting the home closed. On top of everything, Joe is the kind of guy its a real pleasure working with.
