fashion, advised on options to handle various issues related to inspection(s) and appraisal. We closed on time and now have the home we were looking for.

Jeremy Lewis did an excellent job as our Real Estate Agent on our recent purchase of property in Lexington, SC. We asked Jeremy to show us some property that had just came back onto the market. The property had a house on the property that was being sold
as is. Jeremy pointed out issue that would need to be fixed and offered suggestions on what could be done to existing house and the potential of adding on for additional space. Jeremy did an outstanding job of getting us comp’s of other house with acreage
that had been sold in the area and what he thought was a fair offer on the property. When the appraisal came back lower than expected, he made sure that we got the property for a correct/fair price.
