We moved to Vermillion South Dakota from out of town. We were interested in a wide array of places and locations. We were able to come into town for two days to look at places. Janel showed us 25 places in 3 states in 30 hours. She arranged for us to see virtually every place we were interested in, and accommodated our replacements in the schedule. First Janel sold our home in five days... you read that right, five days!!! We live in a small community and thought it would take awhile for our house to sell. So we were pleasantly surprised when it sold in this short time frame!

Where do we begin to tell people how amazing and easy to work with Janel is??? There are simply not enough words!! When we first started out with Janel she wanted to show us a property and I (Joanie) refused to go look at it. Having a history of working in the mortgage business, I knew the property would be tough to find financing for to match our needs. I just didn't want to mess with it. A couple of months went by of trying to work out a deal with a "For Sale By Owner" and without Janel by our side, this deal fell apart at the 11th hour and we were on a time crunch. We had approximately 30 days to work with. The property that I first denied, we looked at and put an offer on that night!!! I should have trusted Janel's instincts to begin with, silly me. We worked together as a team to get this deal closed within 32 days, FHA and a "manufactured" home to boot!!! None of this would have been possible without Janel. She is tenacious, thorough, understanding, professional and what a doll of a lady!!! She made it all seem seamless and she was not afraid to get her hands dirty to help get the deal done.
