We feel that Courtney went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. Not only listing our home, having open houses, and showings to interested buyers, but she offered to mow the lawn before the closing date if it needed it. She hired in qualified people to handle any inspection problems and saw that they were taken care of. She also offered to send us any mail that may still go to the place we sold, since we moved away from that area. This is something no other realtor did on previous homes we sold. She communicated very well on the outcome of the showings, open houses, etc. She is someone I’d recommend and give 5 Stars.

They immediately agreed to view a home of interest with our daughters on our behalf as we weren't in the area at the time; while having us on the phone throughout the tour.
