I’m Jess Cross, a passionate real estate professional with NextHome TriState Realty.  I grew up in the close-knit community of Williams, Iowa, where I developed a strong sense of connection and commitment to helping others.  I hold an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, alongside a paralegal certification from Des Moines Area Community College.

My career journey began in Denver, Colorado, where I gained valuable experience at Land Title Guarantee Company, working in Central Dispersing and as a Closing Assistant.  Later, I transitioned to West Des Moines, Iowa, where I took on a pivotal role as an office manager and contract administrator at Prairie iNet (now Rise Broadband), a start-up internet company.  It was during this time that I met my husband, Mark, through a real estate transaction that would change our lives.

In 2006, we relocated to Lawton, where we have been raising our family ever since.  We love spending our free time traveling, learning German, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, golfing, biking and exploring new activities like pickleball.
