Cindy Geiser is a great real estate agent. She helped me sell my half-plex in April. She gave me advice on what I needed to do to list my home as well as what would be a good listing price. She did an open house four days after listing and that helped
get an offer and move the property into escrow six days after listing. Cindy is very timely about getting paperwork to her clients and making sure that everything gets signed. She helped me find contractors/services to make the necessary modifications and
repairs in order to close escrow. Cindy has a lot of experience with properties in the greater Sacramento area and was able to answer any questions that I had and address any concerns that I had. The half-plex appraised very close to what she had me list the
property for, so she knows the market well and went through the comparables well. She even came by with her husband to help me modify one of the doors so the appraisal would go through.
Cindy is a relentless hard working professional women & very knowledgeable in what she is doing. She went out of her way to help us get our house sold, even though the buyer was somewhat difficult to deal with, her patience was amazing. In the end our
house was sold & we moved to Arizona. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house.
Cindy is a true professional. She takes into consideration the client's wishes. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond for her client. Our home loan was pending a termite inspection and the termite inspector was knit picking at
any little thing to hold up our loan because we didn't go with his company for the repairs. This grueling inspection lasted a week and the last thing the inspector wanted us to fix was the dirt line against the house. Cindy asked him how far do you want it
from the house. He told her how far and instead of waiting for our contractor to come back another day, she dug it out herself right there. He was shocked and we passed the inspection!! I recommend Cindy to anyone that is interested in buying a house. She
is a 10 !!!

I contacted Cindy Geiser looking to purchase a condo/half-plex/house as a first time homebuyer, so I was fairly flexible. Within two weeks she found a great half-plex that met my criteria (part of town, size, price, etc.), since she knew the other realtor,
she was able to get my offer in before anyone else's and it was accepted (at a good price given the current seller's market). After that she knew a great loan officer that was able to get my loan closed within 30 days. Cindy has a lot of experience and it
shows. She seems to know the areas in this county very well. She is nice and easy-going, but at the same time she is aggressive about going after a property for a client, she is always on top of paperwork during all steps of the process, and she knows how
