From there on it was just a matter of contract negotiation until we had a signed contract. Chris kept me up to date every three days with a phone call. I always knew what was going with the house at any given time. The closing had an unexpected snag, but he helped me get through that with up to date information. In all, Chris exceeded my expectations for selling agent. I've recommended him to other sellers. My only regret is that I won't be able to use him again because I've left the area.
