Raquel Zaccardi was a newer realtor in the Real Estate Market when I met her. She worked hard on my complicated house sale making sure it sold and I stayed on the timeline to meet all the dates. She made solutions happen when problems came up, even at the closing table when I was going to walk away from the sale. I had asked other realtors about listing my fixer house for sale and was told I needed to be moved out of it before listing it. I had nowhere to go to until getting a sale contract first so I had listed it myself on Zillow, Facebook, and Craigslist. Raquel had seen my ad and contacted me with a buyer. The buyer chose another house but Raquel asked me if I was interested in listing with her. I said yes. We listed that day and she helped me choose a reasonable sale price for the property, within 4 days I had 8 showings and a contract that was agreeable to close in 22 days. There were some hiccups along the way but Raquel solved them with research and contacts. She even took me to where I needed to be when my car broke down and helped me move some items off the property too! Above and beyond service that was completely unexpected!
