Bernie was absolutely incredible. We used her to purchase our home in Post Falls. We moved from out of state. The buyers from the house we were selling were the buyers from hell. They kept changing the agreement along the way and drug out the Escrow for
an additional 32 days. She kept her sellers informed and helped us all get thru the ordeal. I think the whole deal would have came apart if not for her hard work to get it done.
