Her journey into real estate was destined, marked by a series of experiences that shaped her expertise.

A graduate of Longwood High School in Middle Island, Suffolk County, Ashley earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury before delving into property management, where she coordinated maintenance logistics. Embracing opportunities, she pursued a Paralegal Certificate, leveraging it in a role at a national financial institution, which ultimately propelled her to obtain an MBA in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College (now SUNY Empire State University). Simultaneously, Ashley dedicated herself to community service, volunteering with New York Stands with Puerto Rico, aiding families displaced by Hurricane Maria by rebuilding homes—an experience that deeply resonated, given her Puerto Rican heritage.

Transitioning between roles in the private sector and local government, including positions with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the New York State Unified Court System, Ashley honed her understanding of the legal landscape, invaluable in navigating real estate intricacies. Complementing her skill set, Ashley is also a Licensed Notary Public, underscoring her community’s trust in her ability to authenticate critical documents.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashley cherishes moments with her family, particularly her two sons and canine companions. An advocate for nature-centric activities, she enjoys exploring Long Island’s renowned beaches, farms, zoos, and aquariums. Additionally, Ashley is a self-proclaimed connoisseur on a quest for the ultimate brunch experience, adding a delightful touch of leisure to her dynamic lifestyle.
