Annie did an awesome job for my family while while helping us purchase a condo in St Pete. She was always prompt in getting our questions answer. We experienced some hiccups during our transaction, but Annie was there to help us work through those issues.

Danyell Landreth was wonderful to work with as our representative in the negotiating and buying of our beachfront condo. She assisted in finding our inspector, helping find a second homeowners insurance option, and dealing with all the homeowners association
documents. She was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her and her company.
I worked with beach team for 4 or 5 years until I sold my rental.
I gave them 5 stars because they deserved. Any time I called they answered and responded solving my problems, they were always very pleasant.
