Katie Horal has a passion for people. As a natural extrovert and service loving human, Katie has spent her career focusing on how to best serve her clients and community. Originally hailing from Michigan, Katie has spent the past 13 years in the Sunshine City that she now considers home. Katie’s background includes public relations and marketing, sales, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. 

As part of the NextHome Beach Time Realty Team, Katie began as a Marketing Specialist, managing all social media platforms, planning events, and acting as brand strategist, ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels. When an affinity for real estate emerged, Katie jumped at the chance to learn from one of Pinellas County’s best, Broker/Owner Annie Fleeting. Katie’s favorite part of real estate is combining her love for and knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area with her clients’ wishes, wants, and needs. She relishes going the extra mile to ensure the best possible results for her clients.

When Katie isn’t working, you can find her wrangling her 3 feral boys, likely outside somewhere, enjoying the natural beauty that Florida provides in ready supply. Cycling, running, kayaking, and hiking are some of her favorite things to do – especially with family or friends by her side. Katie also considers herself the unofficial Ambassador of St. Petersburg and she spends plenty of time loving all things local. Katie serves on the board of two nonprofits and spends plenty of time hugging her rescue dog Riggins.
