We recently sold my dad's ageing and ailing property in Reno and used Anne Potter and William Mariani to bulldoze a path through the mountain of details to clear a path for a buyer. Due to the state of disrepair of both the property and structures, an extraordinary amount of time, energy, and expertise was needed to keep the transaction on course. At times i actually had pangs of guilt that Anne was investing so many hours of her time in this project. She was the embodiment of NextHome Sierra's bulldog mascot: tenacious, loyal, fierce yet gentle. I feel that she went far above and beyond the expected duties of a realtor. If there were a Medal of Honor for real estate agents, Anne would have earned it (maybe even a Purple Heart). Anne was referred to me by a friend, who is also a realtor, but unfortunately was having medical issues at the time, and couldn't do the groundwork necessary to help me purchase a second home. Anne, from day 1, was on top of her game, very professional, pleasant, always keeping in touch, with phone calls, emails, texts, going over to the home that I was interested in, taking videos, pictures, etc. My offer was accepted on the house and Anne made sure that all the repairs were done and inspected. Escrow closed yesterday and she is meeting with a gardener tonight to get a bid for landscaping and to throw some grass seed on the lawn. I recommend Anne very highly and know that she will do an excellent job for you.
