Sandy is an amazing Realtor. I have never met anyone more dedicated to their profession. She not only made herself constantly available for me during my search but also worked through sickness taking me to see multiple properties in one day. Anne was referred to me by a friend, who is also a realtor, but unfortunately was having medical issues at the time, and couldn't do the groundwork necessary to help me purchase a second home. Anne, from day 1, was on top of her game, very professional, pleasant, always keeping in touch, with phone calls, emails, texts, going over to the home that I was interested in, taking videos, pictures, etc. My offer was accepted on the house and Anne made sure that all the repairs were done and inspected. Escrow closed yesterday and she is meeting with a gardener tonight to get a bid for landscaping and to throw some grass seed on the lawn. Great experience with him. He’s young and motivated to learn. Quick easy did it all by the book. Couldn’t understand some terms but he was quick to ensure we knew our choices. Doesn’t get you into just any home anyone can open homes for you but no one can open the home you deserve.

We worked with William and Ann to sell our commercial property and business in a rural part of Nevada. Although they were unfamiliar with the area they agreed to handle the listing. This was in March 2020 just as everything was going into lockdown. However, they pressed forward and a couple of buyers expressed interest in the property. William and Ann truly advocated for us. Despite numerous unforeseen roadblocks, they were able to provide options and solutions, run interference, and close the sale even during the COVID shutdown. We could not have done this without Ann and William.

William Mariani was not only a pleasure to work with, but was also an excellent professional. He helped my family and I sell our mother's home after her death and showed us compassion as we made difficult decisions.
