Allan was able to give us great insight about properties and pros and cons about different areas in town. It is the advantage of having someone who grew up in the area. He also indulged us in whatever we wanted to see and didn't take long to figure us out. In fact, we ended up buying the first house that he showed us which was his pick! To top it off, the day we moved, Judy came over with sandwiches, water, chips, melon and cupcakes which she prepared herself. Our friends who were helping us moved even thought she was my mom!! Then my friend said, "we have moved several times and I have never seen a realtor do this... I was sure she was a kind neighbor or something!". If we ever have to sell or buy again in the Boone area we will definitely go with Allan and Judy again!!
