During this whole process I liked the fact that Jim almost always personally answered his phone and was responsive/willing to explain anything that was out of the scope of uninitiated buyers realm. He also personally drove out to get his eye and opinion on property also providing more pictures that original ad lacked. Jim is a a breath of fresh air and you will not be disappointed!

Jim was great to work with! He was able to work with my work schedule and went the extra mile to negociate with the seller on different terms. He was always on time, was present for all meetings, and was willing to meet at whatever house I wanted to view.
He did an awesome job and I highly recommend him.
