After losing out 6 months prior on two properties with other agents due to erroneous advice and poor communication we felt fortunate to find Jim. After a last minute find of a desirable foreclosed property we were interested in we nervously started cold calling agents.
Happened to connect with Jim after seeing one of his listings in same area. He personally answered his phone and was very knowledgeable on bidding process and very responsive to all our unexperianced needs from that point on.
