Pleasanton, CA — March 27, 2026 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Concordance, located in Flowood, Mississippi. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has more than 600 active office locations across the country.
Located in the Jackson metro area, NextHome Concordance serves clients throughout Jackson, Clinton, Brandon, Pearl, Ridgeland, Madison, Canton, Gluckstadt, Flowood, and the remainder of Rankin County. The brokerage provides local expertise in all types of residential real estate including investment, relocation, right-sizing, luxury homes, property management, and more.
NextHome Concordance is owned by Charlie Lucroy, a Mississippi native with more than 27 years of wide-ranging real estate experience. Joining Charlie is Leigh Lucroy, a licensed real estate professional who will lead NextHome Concordance’s office administration.
Together, this husband-and-wife team is elevating real estate service across Central Mississippi.

Charlie began his real estate career as an investor in the late 1990s and later joined his father in the property management business. Real estate proved to be a perfect fit for this hardworking U.S. Navy veteran.
Charlie obtained his real estate license in 2009 and became a broker in 2011. His knowledge of the Jackson area helped him build a successful investment sales business. In 2015, an opportunity to lead a thriving real estate office took Charlie to Florida, where he further sharpened his skills in office leadership and managing large property portfolios. At Charlie’s suggestion, that office became a NextHome franchise.
“NextHome was something new and refreshing in real estate,” Charlie said. “I was excited to continue with the brand as director of operations and broker.”
Charlie’s career continued to expand as he assumed corporate property management roles with larger, multi-state companies.
In 2023, Charlie launched his own property management company, Lucroy Residential, in Mississippi. The company grew quickly from 20 to 400 doors.
Over the years, Charlie has built a reputation for exceptional business leadership and tireless advocacy for his clients.
Wanting to strengthen the real estate sales services he provides, Charlie reconnected with NextHome and launched NextHome Concordance.
