NextHome Shore Success serves clients throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties, providing knowledgeable insights into all types of residential real estate including luxury, vacation homes, investment, residential resale, and first-time home buying.
NextHome Shore Success is owned by longtime local Rob Canfield. Nina Rogers rounds out the brokerage’s leadership team as its office administration.

Although he has lived and worked in New Jersey since 1991, Rob’s track record of real estate excellence began in 2018. At that time, Nina and her broker noticed Rob’s unique real estate talents and encouraged him to get his real estate sales license. Since then, Rob has built a reputation for his unparalleled knowledge of New Jersey real estate.
“I love spotting problems before my clients even know they exist,” Rob said. “It’s like my own quirky superpower—identifying potential pain points from day one so we can solve them early and keep every transaction running smoothly.”
Rob’s vast experience includes roles as a mortgage loan originator, title agent, and broker. In addition, Rob is a licensed real estate instructor who teaches pre-licensing and continuing education courses.
Throughout his career, Rob has worked with a variety of franchised brokerages including Weichert and KW.
As his business grew, Rob knew he wanted to open his own franchised office.

Around the community, Rob is actively involved in his local church where he previously taught Sunday School classes and currently serves as the head of security. Rob is a credentialed minister through the Assemblies of God. He holds a Bachelor’s of Pastoral Ministry from the University of Valley Forge and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Rob also teaches firearms safety and concealed carry courses for a variety of local groups, including real estate professionals.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Marie and their two children, a five-year-old daughter and two-year-old son. He is also an amateur radio enthusiast, where you can connect with him through the call sign W2REC.
