NextHome Grace and Grit is owned by Wendy Mattox, a 4th-generation Waycross local and high-producing real estate agent. Wendy’s signature real estate style combines friendly service with relentless hard work.

Wendy began her real estate career in 2012, and she has been a high-performing agent since day one. After selling 30 houses her first year, Wendy’s hard work has led to awards, recognitions, and the praise of her clients.
Today, her local expertise and unparalleled professionalism help Wendy close an average of 50 transactions per year. Since 2018, Wendy has been both an associate broker and a managing broker.

Outside of the office, Wendy has a special place in her heart for service animals. She is in the process of training her Pomsky, Tucker, to be a therapy dog.
“I’m a dog lover through and through and Tucker has such a natural love for people,” Wendy said. “I’m really passionate about sharing his gentle, joyful spirit with others, especially kids. He lights up when he’s around people, and I love seeing the way he makes them smile.”
