With 25+ years of industry experience, Tracy has successfully led high-performing teams, structured complex transactions, and negotiated billions in lease value across federal and Fortune 500 portfolios.
Tracy began her real estate journey more than twenty-five years ago with her Virginia license and quickly built a reputation for excellence in the industry, later expanding her reach by earning licenses in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Her path led her into the corporate real estate sector, where she held senior leadership roles at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and CBRE.
In 2025, Tracy’s professional path took a heartfelt turn when her daughter expressed interest in following in her footsteps. Inspired by the opportunity to mentor the next generation and reconnect with her passion for community impact, Tracy made a deliberate pivot back to residential real estate. After extensive due diligence, NextHome emerged as the ideal partner—combining cutting-edge technology with a people-first culture that resonated deeply with Tracy’s values.
