The brokerage offers expertise across a wide variety of real estate transactions including investment, subletting, fix-and-flip, first-time home buying, land, and all other types of residential real estate.
NextHome Found is owned by Toby and Lana Melver. Together, this husband-and-wife team offer almost four decades of combined real estate expertise and a commitment to personalized service that sets them apart in their Utah community.

Toby and Lana met at Brigham Young University, and the couple own investment properties in Northern Utah.
Both Toby and Lana have been real estate specialists in Northern Nevada for almost 20 years. After spending their early years in the business building a reputation for exceptional client care, Toby and Lana joined a local NextHome franchise. Years later, NextHome is still their preferred franchise.
NextHome’s friendliness, supportiveness, and user-friendly approach stood out in the market. The Melvers also appreciated NextHome’s industry-leading technology and tools, making it an ideal fit for their vision of providing top-notch service to their community.

In 2024, the Melvers opened NextHome eNVy Real Estate Professionals in Battle Mountain, Nevada. One year later, the couple is expanding to Utah and building a lasting professional legacy for future generations.
“For us, real estate is personal,” Toby said. “We’re living in our own investment property right now as we search for our next home—just like many of our clients. We have walked this road many times and look forward to sharing our knowledge with new clients.”

Their commitment to community shines through the couple’s volunteer work, including youth sports and being active in their church. In addition to real estate, Toby has spent 25 years in educational administration.
