The Thousand is an annual, national awards ranking sponsored by RealTrends—the Trusted Source—and Tom Ferry International coaching, advertised in The Wall Street Journal. Designees are recognized as the top .07% of more than 1.4 million licensed REALTORS® nationwide.
Two NextHomies were recognized on The Thousand, Kimberly Taylor of NextHome First Class in Freeport, IL and Scott Harding of NextHome Experience in Greenville, ME..
Kimberly Taylor is no stranger to The Thousand list. This year, her 276 closed slides and $33,574,520 sales volume ranked her No. 21 on the exclusive list. Kimberly was also recognized at the 2021 NextHome Conference as the No. 1 agent in units sold of the entire franchise, and No. 5 in volume.
Scott Harding’s closing of 141 sides and obtaining a sales volume of $19,816,150 ranked him No. 161 on The Thousand list. Earlier this year, Scott was recognized at the 2021 NextHome Conference as the No. 2 agent in units sold for the entire franchise.
