I cannot more strongly recommend WIlliam Mariani and crew to anyone looking to list a house. The Reno Real Estate Market does not function like other real estate markets and you need someone with experience that can navigate the challenges of the marketplace.

The service that William and crew gave me was exceptional. William had a network of people that were able to make minor repairs and do maintenance on my property. They also regularly checked on it as I had to vacate the house for a while before it sold.

The fruits of their excellence bore out with an inspection that yielded no issues, which is rare indeed. The Escrow closed quickly and efficiently (something like 22 days) because of William's expertise, his staff and the excellent professionals they used to work with on the sale of my house.

Lastly, the price we sold our home for was solid and the negotiation with the folks that bought our house was smooth and quick.

In every aspect of selling / buying a home (I have done both with William and crew) they excel.
