Todd Cook brings over 29 years of professional sales experience, including 13 years with PepsiCo, and has been a key part of The Cook Team since 2005. He specializes in residential, commercial, and investment properties, helping clients in both Iowa and Nebraska achieve their real estate and business goals.

Together, Todd and Jennifer take a team-based approach to every transaction. From listing consultations to closing, they work side-by-side with clients to ensure a smooth, informed, and successful experience.
