A lifelong resident of Council Bluffs and graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, Jennifer has built her career on strong community ties, trusted relationships, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. With over 24 years of experience and more than 1,400 families successfully guided through the buying and selling process, she is known for delivering results with professionalism, care, and expertise.

Jennifer is passionate about helping clients confidently navigate every stage of their homeownership journey. Outside of real estate, Jennifer values time with family. She and Todd are proud parents of three grown children—Cody (Mady), Connor, and Bailee—and grandparents to Rylee, Oaklee and Cooper.
