Chris is an amazing realtor and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is an amazing advocate for the seller/buyer.

We took on an unorthodox task of selling our previous home at the same exact time of buying a new one. All of our funds were tied up in the old house that needed minor work, but desperately wanted to move and Chris made it happen!

We had some road blocks along the way, but he always had an answer or solution to help. Because of our roadblocks, I had many questions and grievances about others in the process, and Chris always responded and worked through the situation in a timely fashion. If it weren’t for him, I’m sure our process would have been a nightmare. Selling and buying was beyond stressful, but Chris took on many items to alleviate that stress and provide reassurance.

I’m beyond grateful to have met Chris and work with him during the entire process. I can’t begin to thank him enough for everything he did for us. Not only did we have a great realtor, but we made a lifelong friend in the process.

I have been working with Chris on finding a 5 to 10 acre parcel that I can build a barndominium on. He set me up on a website Collaboration Center that posts new listings for an area in Wisconsin that I wanted to locate in. Chris was always available for my questions and visits. He is well informed and did an excellent job of securing the property that I have purchased. Paperwork was done in a timely manner, and closing was completed within a month after acceptance.
