I have worked with many Realtors over the years in many different states. Stacy Zander is the best Realtor I have worked with. Stacy has thorough knowledge of all the towns in the Madison Area, she communicates clearly and quickly, she provides prompt showings when needed, and provides very constructive useful input when asked. On top of that, she is a very pleasant and patient person to work with. I could not recommend Stacy enough and I would work with Stacy again in a hearbeat!

Michelle was fantastic! She catered to our needs as we conducted our house search. She was very patient with us as we slowly narrowed our search and settled on a specific search criteria. Also, Michelle was informative along the way, empowering us throughout the process. At the end of the day, I felt we made solid and timely decisions and I have no regrets.

Katie found us the perfect commercial building for our Auto Restoration Business. She is was personable and extremely attentive to our needs. Providing listings to review which met our goals. The real estate market we were interested in was very limited but we settled on a property and made a contingent offer. The whole process was fairly complicated but Stacy helped guide us through it all the way to closing. Even after closing she continues to provide recommendations on contractors and other services. If we sell or buy again Stacy is the one we are going to use.

Stacy worked almost around the clock helping us find a home in a different time zone. She always accommodated us, while continuing to be a fabulous mother taking care of her family.

For starters I don't right reviews but Katie really went above and beyond helping us. She really impressed us with her attention to details and having all the information on the Properties that we looked at. Also we never felt any pressure to put an offer in on any of the properties until we knew for sure that we had found what we wanted.
