Kent was exactly what I needed to sell my house. We started off by reviewing the entire house so I could develop the “fix up list”. Doing this gave me an idea of the time required to get my house ready for the market. Kent gave me ideas along with suggestions that would help when we went to market with an asking price. All along during my project Kent checked in on the items and was very pleased with the outcome and time line. We went to market and exceeded my expectations on a final price. What a great outcome it was after all the time that was put into getting my house ready. I can honestly say Kent has wisdom beyond his years and I could highly recommend him to anyone that will get someone that tells you without that sugar coating that others provide. It is still very nice to work with someone that shakes your hand and looks you straight in the eyes and says thank you for using me as your agent. I hope we can all get to that again.

It was a long process selling the lake front property, first the survey, changing the title, amendments to the closing date. Kent was there through out and guided us through the process until the sale closed. Kent helped with getting us the proper forms, finding a surveyor and even helped clean up the property.
