I was forced to terminate contract with first realtor I worked with due to disconnect regarding understanding of what we were selling. Big difference between selling a house... and selling a large complicated property setup for equestrian activities and nature... with a house. I was really frustrated with the entire process when a neighbor recommended I ask Michelle for help. Michelle changed everything for the better! At our first meeting she made some optimistic seeming claims and then proceeded to do EXACTLY what she said she would do - starting with walking the entire property with me, asking the right questions, and taking notes. The new listing was night and day improvement over previous and I had a solid offer and contract at the first open house Michelle organized - with the right kind of buyers for the property!
