Diana was an excellent buyer's agent for us. We were not on a specific timeline for our first home purchase so most realtors refused to show us their listed houses since we didn't already have all the financing from the banks pulled, but had the cash set aside for 20%. She patiently worked with us to look at about 8 homes over the course of 3 months and helped us navigate tradeoffs, negotiated an offer on a forclosure that we had to rescind for reasons outside of any of our control, and then helped us eventually purchase our first home and navigate some unusual circumstances with the purchase.
