I was referred to Tad from a real estate agent I have been working with in Indiana. Todd was amazing! Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things you can do. I had just moved to the Nashville area and my sister is a very good relator in Florida and the only one I had ever known. I was not sure what to expect. Story time:

The first day I met with Todd to look at a house, we went to go see a farm type house with a barn. The house was a disaster and Todd advised us move on to the next house. Before we left, I thought we check out the barn out of curiosity. So we go about an acre into this field to the barn and out comes a bull! He starts bucking at us and is mad we were there. Todd out of nowhere rodeo clowns this thing away from us, giving us the chance to leave unscathed.

Todd was there for us every step of the way. The story starts in February 2017 when we contacted Todd and contracted him to find a home for us . I was recently relocated to Tennessee from West Virginia for work and really did not have any spare time looking for a home. Todd found a a beautiful place in Cheatham but that deal fell thru because of the housing market in West Virginia at the time.

Todd Grubaugh brings a total package of professionals that will take you through the whole buying process. I was picturing a difficult experience because it was my first home purchase. It was so easy... anything that comes up from financing to home inspection you just call Todd. He has someone for that or he knows the answer himself. If I buy or sell in the future, I will make sure to give my business to Todd.

We have now used Todd 2 times to help us find our house. Todd is great to work with he knows a lot of things and will point out good and bad things about a house that you might have missed while looking at it. We looked at so many houses this last time probably over 30 and Todd was with us at each one as we tried to find the right house for us.
