Michelle is a gift sent from above for such a difficult and daunting process! We started seriously looking back in March 2020 right before the pandemic and housing boom. After many houses and almost giving up, we were referred to Michelle in late 2021.

Michelle was realistic but positive, which helped put the two of us overthinkers at ease. Not only was she very knowledgeable on the area we were looking in, she was always current to the day on market trends, market futures, and how to stand out on all our offers. It took a few tries, but in July of 2022, we found the home we wanted! Several hiccups in the process (countering a new offer in review; needing additional inspections; last minute CO issues) and she still would check in to reassure us or push other parties to keep all of the moving parts...moving!

Even with my tricky circumstances with specific needs for land and home, he was both patient and tirelessly helpful in finding me the right home. He helped see what was right and wrong with all the many houses I looked at and gave exceptional advice and always had my best interest in mind. When it came time to deal with negotiating and solving problems, he helped me every step and really went above and beyond in his efforts. My family and I are very happy in our new home and Dave was an enormous part of making that happen. On the 5 star scale he deserves a 20!

Very knowledgeable about the home and surrounding areas. We moved from NYC and knew nothing about NJ township rules and regulations. David guided us through every detail .
