I have never written a review in my life and I normally wouldnt bother. This is the first time I took the time to make an account, create a password and take time to write some feedback. Tina is by far not only the greatest realtor I have ever met but she is also an extremely honest, genuine, and knowledgeable people I have met. I had several realtors looking into different cities and states from nj to nj and Tina was the only one who did not feel like a realtor but a friend trying to help you make the correct decision specific to each individuals needs. From the first day we met to over a year later when we finally bought a house, Tina looked out for our interests as if she was buying a house for herself. For months at a time when we were desperate for a house, Tina pulled us back and explained the issues/problems and why it was not in our best interest. This was also our first home purchase so we made many calls night / day / holidays and Tina would answer with an amazing attitude and friendly helpful tone each time. From the moment we spoke with Tina, she went above and beyond to help us find our first house. She answered any and every question we had throughout the entire process. We had a few specific requests with our house, but she was able to always find houses that peaked our interest. It was a true relief knowing that Tina was assisting me with every part of the sale, from the "Coming Soon" advertisements through the inspection proceedings and finally with the closing itself. Where do I begin? We live abroad and were looking for houses for over 2 years. Tina took us to view lots of houses during that period and when we were not in the US she viewed houses on our behalf.
