We were looking for something we could put a little sweat equity into and he had estimates of most of the things that would need to be done to give us a good idea of what we were looking at. One home had some foundation issues that I did not see, but he did. We wanted to put an offer on the home but before we did, Josh got his inspector on a video call to look at the foundation and had another colleague go to the home with him to do a deep dive in ALL of the issues.. we did not follow through on that home, but moving forward we knew Josh really had our best interest in mind. Scott did a great job of being available to show us homes around our schedule as we lived 100 miles from Minot, once we found a home he was able to get us early access to the garage to start moving in early and also was able to get the carpet cleaners in a day before closing so we were able to move in on our closing day. Communication was great through our process, our buying experience through Scott went very smooth, I would highly recommend him.

After trying to sell jury home on north hill we’re we lived and raised our family for 53 years our granddaughter recommended mr Lousers real estate sales company to do the job. After he discussed the details with us he went to work taking numerous photos and putting them on the internet with complete details of the house and lot. Shortly after we reduced our asking price the activity began, numerous tours were conducted and shortly after an offer was made with several requests some of which were agreed to and we assumed closing costs, which turned out to be higher than we expected. Never the less Scott closed some cost loopholes and the sale was made. My failing health and winter coming on the sale made sense. Overall, Scott did a great job for us and was straight forward in all his actions, keeping us in the loop. We highly recommend him and his firm.

I honestly can’t recommend Scott enough for selling your home. The amount of effort and time put into selling a house in Minot’s current market has not gone unnoticed and will forever by appreciated. Scott’s communication and straight forward attitude made everything easier and kept what could have been unexpected with another realtor expected. We left Minot to Iowa after I separated from the Air Force in 2016. When the market went south in 2016 we decided to rent for a few years to hopefully recover equity. Our renters ended up leaving a lot of damage and stuff behind that made the house impossible to sell. After they moved out I did what I could to get the house ready for sale, but wasn’t able to finish everything. Without renters and amid COVID we fell behind on trying to make payments on two homes and he saved us from foreclosure. Scott is someone who will roll up their sleeves literally to get the job done. His own mom painted our cabinets for us. His brother in law and Scott pulled the old carpet. When we got a low ball offer he gave us his recommendation and advocated for us to get the offer he quoted us at. In short, he took care of everything and if I had family or friends still in North Dakota I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Scott.
