Adam goes above and beyond to help you find a buyer and get them qualified. He is very knowledgeable of everything real-estate. We didn't realize we had to have an affidavit of affixture in order to sell our house and before we even signed with him, he did a title search and found it for us, that's one reason we decided to sign with him. We then also found a house we wanted to buy, and he lined everything up so both closings were on the same day and were hassle free. He is a great guy to work with. He will do whatever he can for you!
