Amber was our agent to buy a new home as well as to sell our first home. Let me start by saying we were in the midst of the real estate boom and my husband was not easy to please. We looked at sooooooo many houses! Amber's sweet disposition never changed! The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work.
