She was attentive to our needs and desires throughout the process. And, as an added but incredibly important bonus, she really shepherded us through the emotional process of letting go of a family home that we loved. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lisa helped with two offers trying to find a house for my brothers who were about to be homeless. We had a short deadline. Lisa prepared the offer on the first house but it fell through; it was not meant to be, On the second house, Lisa worked with the listing agent and we were successful in acquiring this unique property. There were several possible show stoppers, but we were able to get past them. Lisa was able to obtain a discount on the price because of several deficiencies found during the inspection. Lisa also was able to show another house on short notice on a Sunday. It looked better on paper than in person. While Lisa was not local, we were able to do most of the paperwork online which helped tremendously. I would recommend Lisa as a real estate agent.
