After one failed realtor, I needed a new one. I submitted a request on Zillow look at homes and be provided a realtor. Nikki was this person and we instantly matched personality wise. She is awesome and stood right beside me supporting me through this

He is very thorough in finding out all the details of a property. Like when he uncovered the fact that a property that I was looking at had to small septic for that size house. He also is very knowledgeable with the different rules and regulations that
each type of loan has..FHA ect..So he sends house recommendations based on your likes, and what your limits are. He returns your message and phone calls probably. Overall a nice Guy to work with.
