I have worked with Erica to sell two properties in Kalapana Seaview Estates and I am very pleased with the outcome in both transactions. Erica is a great communicator, which was extremely important since we were separated by 4,282 miles and 6 time zones. she assessed my properties and the current market conditions to determine if your estimated asking price. She worked back and forth with me to create property descriptions to my liking that would highlight the features of this idyllic seaside residential community in the Puna district of Hawaii's Big Island. Then she worked diligently to get the word out, both by speaking to people in the area who might be interested and by a thorough advertising campaign that showed properties in print media and three online listing services. Even in this slow market, Erica was able to find buyers and make the sales. She then walked me through the escrow process for both properties.
