This is the second time we have used Andrew Bell for our real estate transition. First time we used him was to buy our house in Jacksonville. We looked at over 30 houses and Andrew was very knowledgeable of the areas and homes we looked at. He was alway well prepared and up on the market trends that was happening in the area. Once we found our house, the application process and closing was seamless.

When we decided to sell our house there was no other realtor we wanted to assist us. The sell of our home was just as smooth as when we bought it many years ago. Andrew was on top of the schedule, inspections, and the closing documents. We closed earlier then expected and that was great. There was no surprises or delays.

Paige and her team did an outstanding job helping us purchase our new condo. Anyone can provide good service when nothing goes wrong. Outstanding service is proven when there are obstacles or problem to overcome. We had a problem with the mortgage company involving the insurance policy provided by the HOA and they disapproved our loan. Paige AND her team jumped in and worked together to meet the needs of the mortgage company within a few days and the sale was completed with only a minimum disruption. While I cannot personally attest to selling property I would have no problem trusting Paige and her Girls on the Beach team to handle any sale.
